How to apply for a loan in kmdc?

sir, I have take education loan in KVGB in Basavan Bagewadi branch. In the exapandature certificate hostel fees is given, but I don't made hostel which is costlier so I'm in rent room, is it possible to take rent amount, please reply me.

I have taken edu loan last year. But this time I lost my father because of some reasons. So now I went to bank about this year loan they told bank will not provide loan now onwards. So not getting what to do . But my result is also good but not getting why they are doing like this. Please reply for this....

I am Umesh K. Rakshe the student of engineering college studying in belgaum. Right now I am in final year of my course. I paid my 3 years fees from home. Now in the 4th year of my course my family is unable to pay the fees from home. So I met the manager of your k v g bank (branch : Hindalaga in Belgaum) .
When I told him my condition then initially he said me ok and told me to collect all the documents. So I collected all the documents. But latter with those all documents when I went to Him he just refused me by saying that "we can't sanction educational loan for final year students you may get from other banks"
My family's all members having account in your branch and all we do banking works through k v g bank only but also the manager refused me for loan.
And when I gone to other bank they are telling your father account is not there in our bank then why we should give you loan.
So please kindly consider over my problem and if a situation comes where I need to stop my education due to this then I ll go to court.

I took loan from kvgb in my 1st year. They directly put in to my account. In 2nd year how will they sanction? Can you tell me the procedure? Tell me if they will put in to my account or directly send it to college. Please clarify.
