We are pleased to make a major announcement. By virtue of Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal’s ( SSM ) work in the field of rural development and it’s commitment towards farmers, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi ( ICAR ) has sanctioned an additional Krishi Vigyan Kendra ( KVK ) scheme to SSM. This Kendra shall be established on 50 Acres of land and shall serve the farming community in Biloli, Naigaon, Degloor, Mukhed, Kandhar, Loha, Dharmabad and Umari talukas of Nanded District of Maharashra.

Program Coordinator - Doctorate degree in Agricultural Extension or Agronomy. Four Years experience ( Excluding the period spent in obtaining the doctorate degree during service, subject to a maximum of three years ) in research / teaching / extension education as scientist
Subject Matter Specialist - Masters degree in Agronomy / Horticulture / Entomology / Pathology / Agri Extension / Soil Science / Veterinary science / Home Science / and Agri. Engineering.
Program Assistant - B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry
Program Assistant (Computer) - B.Sc (Computer Application _ / Bachelor in Computer Application / Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
Farm Manager - Bachelor degree in Agriculture / Horticulture and Three years experience in managing farm activity.
Office Superintendent / Accountant - Master in Business Management / Post graduate Diploma in Business Management/ M.A./M.Com/C.A.
Stenographer - B.A. / B.Com / B.Sc. with certificate of stenography and typing.
Driver
Matriculate with driving license for both heavy and light vehicles.
At least five years experience of driving a car or jeep or a mini bus.

1) Land Acquisition
To identify new area for project establishment as well as selection of new blocks which are fitted in company SOP.
2) Training and Development
I-Training
Providing all essential training to the farmers, farm care supervisors, Field assistants and central labors as well as farmer’s labors about whole operation for smooth functioning.
II- Development
To make area survey report, projection report for upcoming seasons and Development of Demo Plots also coordinating with R&D department in new area selection.
3) Farmer meetings
Meetings with the farmers for area expansion, efforts for making liaison relation with farmers, farmer feedback, and over all farmer satisfaction.
4) Farm management
Managing Banana and vegetables farms of the farmers associated with the company.
5) Land amendment;
Improvement in soil fertility, soil condition, reclamation of salty soils, alkali soils, and make a favorable condition which can grow a good quality crop.
6) Farm care
I) Plant care :
Close observations and suggestions to the farmer from land selection, land preparation, Tissue selection, plantation, fertilizer management, irrigation management, disease and insect control, weed control, sanitation of field and other cultural practices as related field improvement.
II) Fruit care :
Proper monitoring of fruit care operations like Bud injection, Bunch spray, deflowering, plastic insert, false hands removal & bagging, till harvesting for producing export quality product.
7) Harvesting :
With the help of harvesting head coordinator to work out monthly projected volume of fruits.
8) Pack house :
With the help of pack house head coordinator to ensured that daily processing or packing of fruits as per markets requirement.
9) Cold Chain :
To ensured that daily packing produce are safely reach at cold storage as per there time period.
10) MIS Reporting :
To submit weekly business data to GM operation as well as MIS.
