Particulars about delegate card
All the delegates are requested to bring their college cards and two passport size photo-graphs (For delegate card)
A delegate card will be issued to every visiting candidate for Rs.400
A delegate card provides
Pass to Rock Show, Dance, Drama, Music Events, Movies, Fashion Event, Bike Stunt Show and all the DJ Nights
Participation in any one individual event or any one team event with two members (if both have delegate cards)
All the informal events
Possessing a Delegate Card is a mandatory thing for all the delegates visiting the festival.
However, a team (comprising more than 3 members )coming only for a single group/team event can participate without a delegate card, but at the same time, the members won’t have the pass to the events mentioned above and they will have to carry their registra-tion slips along with them.
All other participation requires a delegate card and will be rendered invalid without it.
The delegates are requested to carry their cards along with them throughout the course of the festival, as they can be asked to produce the same anywhere, anytime.

1. For all matters concerning your reaching AFMC, accommodation, boarding, and your stay in Pune, the head of your contingent is required to stay in touch with the Chief Liaison Officer.
2. One teacher may accompany an outstation contingent.
3. The Armed Forces Medical College is a medical institute of the defense forces. All delegates are welcome to enjoy their stay to the maximum while the festival lasts.
4. However, certain areas of the college campus shall be completely out of bounds for the dele-gates. This includes, the main building of AFMC, the Dean’s Office Complex and all Depart-ments.
5. Some minor events are subject to cancellation without notification, subject to number of par-ticipants registered. Hence please register yourself in advance.

8. The venue and timing of the individual events shall be intimidated to the participants in due course, well in advance.
9. For all group or team events, delegates are requested to book their slots before the given date of the event.
