(Higher scale will be offered depending upon the qualification and experience)

Eligibility Criteria :
a) The officers should be from defence forces (Army/Navy/Air Force) with minimum 5 years of defence service as officer and not below the rank of Captain in Army/ equivalent.
b) Age not more than 45 years as on 31.03.2011
c) Officers having experience in Banks as Security Officers will be
given preference.
Scale of Pay : Rs.19400 +DA+HRA + Other allowances applicable as per IBA
Rules for officers in Scale II.As per the current rates, the total
initial emoluments is around Rs.40,000/- per month.
Performance linked Incentive: Rs.80,000/- per annum, as per scheme in vogue.
Mode of selection : Personal Interview
Period of probation : 1 Year
Location : Delhi (1) and Mumbai (1)
