Coal is one of the raw material of steel. On carbonization of coal, coal gas will released. The coal chemicals such as Benzol ( & its products), Tar ( & its products), mmonium sulphate etc, are extracted in coal chemical plant from CO gas. After removing tar and ammonium sulphate, benzoilised oil in Benzol distillation plant. On Hydro refining sulphur, Oxygen, Nitrogen will removed and BTXS Raffinate is produced in extractive distillation unit Benzene, Toleuene, Light solvent oil will produced from BTXS Raffinate.

- Andhrapradesh paper mills (APPM) set up in 1924 as Carnatic paper mills & Co., is located in Rajahmundry beside the river Godavari in southern India, a pilgrimage center.

The plant has been designed to treat the bottle washer taken from the outlet drain at pre final rinse of the bottle washers NaoH basides other sodium salts based on raw water analysis after softening.
Plant Capacity : 10 M3 / hr.

Job Responsibilities :
- To check the bath levels.
- To check the parameters, pressure, Temparature, PH and Conductivity.
- Recording the parameters.
- Safety precautions while handling chemicals.
- Calibration of roto meters and pressure guages.
- Cleaning the baths when they are contaminated.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager.
