PROFILE :
I am having 10 years of rich experience in the field of Materials, Pavement and Highway Engineering covering all aspects of construction supervision and design. My spectrum of experience includes soils and materials testing, pavement and overlay design, slope stability analysis, preparing specifications for variety of construction materials, material procurement, review of bituminous and concrete mix designs, planning and monitoring of human resources, machinery and materials, technical supervision of construction of roads, etc. I am well known for innovative approach in highway construction management and selection and testing of suitable materials for highway and bridge construction. Besides, I have substantial familiarity with modern highway construction technology like use of geo-textiles, polymer modified bitumen etc. and contractual arrangements. I am well conversant with relevant Indian, British and American standards and have done extensive work on concrete (including Dry Lean Concrete), bituminous and non-bituminous mix designs, calibration of plants and lab instruments. (2) Prepare the work program weekly and daily basis for work executed at site.

unencumbered land for execution of work.

(10) Monitoring the utility work in such a way that Road work will not affected.
(11) Application of QA norms at site to ensure flaw less execution. Execution of the work as per quality
parameters mentioned in the specification related to the project.

(13) Monitoring of daily progress and giving information regarding rescheduling the program suiting
