SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR EX-SERVICEMEN 2012

Applications are invited from Ex-Servicemen only for filling up the of following temporary posts of CONSTABLE (TRADESMEN) in the Central Industrial Security Force in the trade of Barber, Boot Maker, Cook, Carpenter, Electrician, Mali, Sweeper, Washer Man & Water Carrier in the Pay Band–1 Rs.5200- 20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus usual and admissible allowances to the Central Government employees from time to time. They will be governed under CISF Act and Rules as well as Central Civil Services Rules applicable to other members of the Force and other Acts and Rules applicable from time to time. On appointment they shall be entitled for the pension benefits as per the “New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme” applicable for the new entrants to the Central Government services w.e.f. 01-01-2004.

Educational Qualification :
For Ex-servicemen - Matriculation or 10th Class Pass / Army 1st Class Certificate

Age : Army service plus 3 years to be deducted from actual age and the resultant age should not exceed 23 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST, by three years for OBC).

DISQUALIFICATION
i) No person
(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having spouse living OR
(b) Who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with another person.
Shall be eligible for appointment to the Force, Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so to do, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
ii) Conviction by any court of Law.
iii) Dismissal form Govt. Service.

CLOSING DATE : Application should be sent so as to reach the concerned DIG of CISF as shown in the para-6 above by 13.02.2012 and in case of residents of North East region by 20.02.2012

The envelop containing above documents should be super scribed APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONST/BARBER or CONST/BOOT MAKER or CONST/COOK or CONST/ CARPENTER or CONST/ELECTRICIAN or CONST/MALI or CONST/SWEEPER or CONST/ WASHERMAN or CONST/WATER CARRIER which ever is applicable.

Applications, which are not filled up as per instruction or partly filled up applications will not be entertained. Applications may be rejected due to reasons such as :
i) Incomplete or illegible and not submitted on prescribed format.
ii) Without self addressed envelop duly affixing postal stamps of Rs.22/-
iii) Unsigned/Undated/without photograph
iv) Over aged candidates
v) Not possessing the requisite educational qualification at the time of submitting application.
vi) Not enclosing copies of all requisite certificates duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
vii) Applications not filled in English or Hindi or not filled by candidate in his own handwriting.
viii) Without proper certificate in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates. Certificates should be obtained from competent authority in the prescribed format (as prescribed in this notification).
ix) Applications received after the closing date as mentioned in this notification.
x) Any other irregularity like mutilated or damaged application/documents etc
