Pay Band : 3 Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/- plus allowances applicable to Central Government employees stationed in Chennai. Total emoluments at the start of the Pay Band are Rs.44,536/-.

Essential qualifications, and experience required : Atleast second class degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized University or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years field experience.

Desirable qualifications :
i) Experience of supervising and / or arranging practical training in industries.
ii) Knowledge in Latest Computer Programming Languages (or) Networking & System Maintenance.

Maximum age limit as on last date of receipt of application : 45 years for General Candidates. Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC / ST

Terms and conditions : Appointment to the post is initially on temporary basis, which will be continued if found satisfactory. There will be a minimum one year of probation subject to satisfaction of the appointing authority. The Staff Service Rules of this Board, and the Rules and Orders of Central Government which would come in force from time to time shall be applicable to the appointee. The candidates working in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies are required to forward their applications through proper channel. The application fee of Rs.8/- (Rupees Eight Only) drawn by Demand Draft ONLY in favour of The Director, Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR), Chennai payable at Chennai, is to be enclosed along with the application format. For bottle filling of flammable liquids by manual it may cause
heavy accidents and life damage. But while using our project AUTOMATIC FILLING
SYSTEM, it wont happened a heavy loss due to less manpower.
PROJECT IN ENGINEERING
TITLE : AIRCRAFT ARRESTER BARRIER.
PERIOD : ONE MONTH
DESCRIPTION : The objective of this project “AIRCRAFT ARRESTER BARRIER”
is to provide a neccessary safety accessment method for all the passengers and a pilot while
landing an aircraft.This ARRESTER BARRIER is used in an airport runway in two sides of the
ends.Whenever the aircraft gets landing,sometimes due to skids,burst in wheels and in brake
failure condition the pilot can’t able to control and stop the aircraft.In that critical situations the
aircraft crosses above the runway limits.
In this circumstances we have done this project by using automatic
sensors in a net barrier.From our method when the aircraft gets uncontrollable by a pilot in any
brake failure condition it gets stops by arresting the aircraft by a net barrier by using automatic
sensors.This project is used to save the pilot,passengers life during landing.

TITLE : FABRICATION OF POWERED HANG GLIDER
PERIOD : TWELVE MONTHS
DESCRIPTION : A Fabrication of Powered Hang Glider (FPHG), also called
powered harness, is a powered hang glider harness with a motor and propeller in pusher
configuration. An ordinary hang glider is used for its wing and control frame and pilot can foot
launched from a hill or flat ground, needing a length about a football field to get airborne, or
much less if there is an oncoming breeze and no obstacles. In this project we are aiming to
reduce the drag in launching position and increase the drag during landing.
We are created high strength of the wing structure and less
weight of the wing. In our (FLPHG) we are using truss joint for reducing the weight. Delta
control frame are used to control the three axes. The most powered harnesses in production are
equipped with the two-stroke engine. It has displacement of 125cc and produced about 8900
RPM.
