No. of post : 02 (UR -02 SC-NIL ST-NIL & OBC- NIL
(Pass 10+2 with Science or equivalent with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy & registration in Indian Pharmacy Council or State Pharmacy Council). Monthly remuneration @ 10160/- P.M.
Age : 20 to 35 years.

Post : Lab Technician
No. of post : 03 (UR -02, ST- 01, SC- NIL, OBC-NIL )
(Pass B.Sc. with Bio-chemistry/Micro Biology/ Life Science or equivalent + Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or Equivalent or B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Lab.) from any recognized University/Institution. Monthly remuneration @ 10160/- P.M.
Age : 18 to 33 years.

Post : Radiographer/X-Ray Technician
No. of Post : 03 (UR-01, SC- 01, ST-NIL, OBC -01)
(Passed 10+2 with physics & Chemistry and 2 yrs Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Tech/ Radios Diagnosis Technology; Preference will be given to B.Sc. with 2 yrs Diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Tech./Radio Diagnosis Technology. Monthly Remuneration @ 10160/- P.M.
Age : 19 to 33 yrs.

Post : Health & Malaria Inspector :
No. of Post : 03 (UR- 01 , SC- NIL, ST-NIL, OBC=02)
(Pass B.Sc. with Chemistry/Biology with Diploma in Health/Sanitation. Monthly remuneration @ 17145/- P.M.
Age : 18 to 33 yrs.

Post : Staff Nurse
No. of Post : 05 (UR- 03, SC- NIL, ST- 01, OBC- 01)
( 3 years Diploma in GNM or B.Sc (Nursing) from any Nursing School or Institution recognized by Indian Nursing Council + Registration as Nurse & Midwife from any State Nursing Council. Monthly Remuneration @ 17655/- P.M.
Age : 20 to 35 years.

c) 13-01-2012 = Staff Nurse
d) 16-01-2012 = Health & Malaria Inspector
