- Distribution of Security staff as per security post and important places of plant.

(c) Survey of company internal security & vigilance.

15. Achievements :
Once a container carrying equipments during WDP & FDP conversion entering into the mill premises, I have just passing by it, checked the equipment & its papers but it was found that equipment which is mentioned is not present then I have enquired and found the actually the equipment was for L&T and papers were made in the name of Rama. In our mill there was weighbridge nearby vehicular gate, from where all weighments are carried out, all internal as well as external vehicles. I have planned to arrange a new weighbridge for coal yard because it is not only time consuming to bring from coal yard to vehicular gate weighbridge as well as making the path way filled with coal and dust. In order to reduce load and pollution I have suggested for new weight bridge for which I have helped them for costing study and finally management pleased to my suggestion and installed a new weighbridge nearby coal yard.
16. Extra Curricular Activities :
i) To organize Independence Day & Republic Day Celebration at Company level, Flag Hosting, Parade Marching, Parade Commander Duties and Reception of VIPs.
iii) To organize Quarterly & Annually Sports events & train to all players who are
Participating in sports.
Sports : Volley Ball, Kabadi, Badminton, Long Jump, Shot-Put, Wrestling, Cricket, etc.
17. Hobby : I am playing Badminton daily in routine basis. I have also participated at Gujarat State Level. I am interested in Yoga, Music & Bhajan, Song, etc.
