Qualification and Experience : “Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/ Material Management with Five / Four years experience in Commercial Deptt. out of which Three / Two years should have been in a responsible capacity in purchase work or Materials Management in an industrial undertaking. Requirement of experience relaxable in the case of those having Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management.”

Name of the post : DEPUTY FINANCE MANAGER /ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Qualification and Experience : Passed final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants or Chartered Accountants of India. Five / Four years experience after passing the final examination in financial and cost accounting out of which about two years should have been in a responsible capacity in industry or Govt.

Age Limit : 40
Qualification and Experience : The candidate should have obtained MBBS degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those who have undergone training in Industrial Health for a minimum period of three months, recognized by Govt. of Kerala/ Govt. of India.

Applicants for posts 1 and 2 should also enclose crossed Demand Draft in favour of HIL , Udyogamandal drawn on any scheduled bank for Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only). Those who are working in Public Sector Undertakings/ Govt. Departments shall forward their application through proper channel. However advance copies may be sent directly subject to the NOC being produced at the time of interview. DD not required in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD communities.
