Competitions
We at Learnium dare to modify the idiom 'Jack of all trades, master of none' to 'Jack of all trades, master of one'. Hence we engage our children in number of activities. We firmly believe that activities widen a child's world, allowing him to go into something in-depth and gain confidence. At any age the urge to pursue passion, develop a talent or engage in active sport field has many important benefits. It can help children relax and cope with stress at school and home, release pent up energy and frustrations and discovers abilities and interests he never realized he had.

1.Wall Magazine : Every month the students are given a topic for eg: Habits, Environment, Sports & Olympics, Let Peace Prevail etc. the students write articles, compose poems and slogans, draw and colour pictures and collect material from the internet on the related topics and put it up on the soft board allotted to them. All the four soft boards get ready before the deadline given to them i.e. the last working day of the month. The display on the soft boards is judged the next day on the basis of the content, neatness, innovativeness and overall presentation and thereafter points are awarded to the houses.

2. Quiz Competition : Two rounds of quiz competition are held in one academic year. Quiz stimulates a lot of interest in students to increase their general awareness. It has various rounds such as audio round, visual round, rapid fire round, vocabulary round etc.

3. Elocution Competition: Two rounds of Elocution competition are also held and the children are trained to improve upon their pronunciation, expression, posture etc.

4. Declamation Competition: Speeches of famous personalities both from India and abroad and extracts from famous plays are given to children to learn and then present in this competition. It exposes them to various great people and their ideologies.

5. Handwriting Competition: To encourage the children to improve upon their handwriting.

6. Drawing & Painting Competition: This gives an opportunity for the whole school to participate together.

7. Singing Competition: the children sing songs of their own choice and are judged for their voice, sense of rhythm etc.

8. Nursery Rhymes Competition: We believe in training up our children right from the pre-primary stage so that they keep improving upon their skills as they grow up.

9. Fancy Dress Competition: This is for the Pre-Primary classes

10. Parties : Get togethers and parties are organized for the students like mango parties sandwich parties and watermelon parties. This enables the children to learn sharing and also it enhances their knowledge
