    VACANCY DETAILS :
    1. (Vacancy No. 11122301410) Thirty six posts of Deputy Director (Administration/ Insurance/ Training etc.) in the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation. Of the thirty six posts, five posts are reserved for Scheduled Castes candidates, three posts are reserved for
    Scheduled Tribes candidates, eleven posts are reserved for Other Backward Classes candidates and remaining seventeen posts are unreserved. Of the thirty six posts, one post is reserved for Physically
    Challenged persons with disability viz. Hearing Impairment (Partially Deaf) or Orthopaedically Handicapped/ Locomotor Disability or Cerebral Palsy with One Leg Affected (OL)/One Arm Affected (OA) from any community.     QUALIFICATIONS:
    ESSENTIAL:
    A. EDUCATIONAL: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE: About five years’ experience in a responsible capacity in a Government or Quasi Government Organization/ Corporation/
    Government Undertaking, Local Body or in a Scheduled Bank. NOTE I: The ‘length of experience’ i.e. ‘about five years’ means that the experience should not be less than 04 Years 06 Months. NOTE II: For determining the experience in ‘Responsible Capacity’, the following norms will be followed: i) Experience of working in supervisory capacity in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs. 5,500-9,000 [Revised Pay Scale of Rs. 9,300-34,800 (PB-2) with minimum Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200] or higher, will be treated as experience in responsible capacity. ii) Experience which is not acquired
    in a Government or Quasi Government Organization/ Corporation/ Government Undertaking, Local Body or in a Scheduled Bank will not be considered relevant. iii) Experience acquired prior to possessing the Essential Educational qualifications will not be considered relevant. iv) The
    experience certificate to be submitted along with the Application Form should clearly state, inter alia, that the experience mentioned therein has been in the supervisory capacity. The said certificate should also include the nature of duties performed in supervisory capacity. If the experience
    certificate does not contain these duties, the candidature is liable to be rejected. DESIRABLE: i) Knowledge of Social Insurance or Labour Problems. ii) Working knowledge of one or more Indian Languages especially Hindi. iii) Experience of setting up and controlling of a number of smaller offices.

    DUTIES:
    To assist the Regional Director in all his duties when they are posted in the
    Regions. To assist the Joint Director in his duties at Headquarter Office. To perform such other duties as may be assigned to them.

    ANY OTHER CONDITIONS:
    The appointments of the candidates, who are already in the State/Central Government or in a Public Sector Undertaking, service will be made on immediate absorption.

To assist the Joint Director (Finance)/ Regional Director when posted in the Regional Offices of ESIC. To maintain accounts of a region and conduct local audit when posted in Regional Office/ SRO/
    ESIC Hospitals etc.

    ANY OTHER CONDITIONS:
    The appointments of the candidates, who are already in the State/Central Government or in a Public Sector Undertaking, service will be made on

    b) NATURE OF POST: Posts at Item Nos. 1 & 2 are permanent.
    c) PAY SCALE & CLASSIFICATION: (Figures in bracket at the end of the pay scale indicate the approx Total Emoluments (per month) (T.E.) excluding TA and HRA at the minimum of the scale).Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs.5400 (Grade pay) (T.E. Rs.31,710/-), Group ‘A’ for the posts
    at Item No. 1 & 2.
    d) AGE LIMIT AS ON CLOSING DATE i.e. 29.12.2011: Not exceeding 40 years for the post at Item Nos. 1 & 2.
    e) The age limit shown against all item Nos. is the normal age limit and the age is relaxable for SC/ST candidates upto 5 years and upto 3 years for OBC candidates in respect of vacancies reserved for them. SC/ST/OBC Candidates have to produce a caste certificate in prescribed proforma. For age concession applicable to other categories of applicants please see relevant paras of the "Instructions and Additional Information to Candidates for Recruitment by Selection". Age relaxation for Central Government employees would be available additionally to ESIC employees also in respect of posts pertaining to ESIC.
    f) Physically Handicapped (PH) Persons or Persons with disabilities, as indicated against various item(s) in the VACANCY DETAILS, can apply to the respective posts even if the post is not reserved for them but has been identified as Suitable. However, such candidates will be considered for selection to such post by general standard of merit. Persons suffering
    from not less than 40% of relevant disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of reservation and other relaxations as permissible under the rules. Thus, Physically Handicapped (PH) persons can avail benefit of :
    i) Reservation and other Concessions & Relaxations as permissible under the rules only when degree of physical disability is 40% or more and the posts are reserved for PH candidates.
    ii) Other Concessions & Relaxations as permissible under the rules only when degree of physical disability is 40% or more and the posts are suitable for PH candidates.
    g) HEADQUARTERS: At places specifically stated against certain posts, otherwise anywhere in India.
    h) PROBATION: The persons selected will be appointed on probation as per rule.

    about online application

    i want to know that even after installing that certificae,its becoming difficult to know the online application form for upsc..i really want to know the procedure.....i will be pleased if u will reply soon..thank u....

    TROUBLE IN APPLYING FOR THE POST OFASSISTANT PUBLIC PROVIDENT FUND COMMISSIONER (SPECIAL RECRUITMENT51/2012

    While applying for the post it is found that we cannot add our Qualification.Kindly clear this problem. The last date is 10/5 / 2012.
