This is to inform that two .Net developers namely Bhaskar Vadlamudi and Dhananjay More may be employed in your firm without informing about their background.

These two programmers were working in TransPacific Software for almost 3 years. Both were sacked. It was discovered by the company that both Bhaskar Vadlamudi and Dhananjay More in a deeply hatched conspiracy were involved in smuggling out TransPacific’s intellectual property to a US based company for a consideration of USD20,000 each.

TransPacific Software immediately filed complaint with Bandra Kurla Complex Police Mumbai as well as cyber Police station Mumbai. Police on finding prima facia evidence registered FIR again both of them under various sections of IPC and Information Technology Act 2003
Since then Dhananjay More has obtained a conditional bail from Mumbai session court where as Bhaskar Vadlmudi is still at large and Mumbai police is on his look out.

We strongly suspect that these individuals have wrongfully gained employment in some software company in Hyderabad and/or Pune region

We also have information that they have forged the relieving letter of TransPacific Software for the purpose

This guy Bhaskar Vadlamudi is working in RealPage Hyderabad,He forged his documents and background check to get into Realpage. The latest I heard is Now he has been sacked; Mumbai Police are after him to get him arrested.
As its said crime never pays.
