    Assistant Manager – Business Development
    Scope of Function
    Solution and services selling (Microsoft ERP/CRM Products and other related technologies)

    Reports to
    Technical Skills / Responsibilities
    ** Identify potential customer base for solution selling.
    ** Build maintain and generate revenue based on targets per quarter through multiple channels.
    ** Identify and develop new opportunities for Projects, Consulting and Training requirements for revenue growth and maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
    ** Developing marketing plans to build consumer preference and drive sales volumes.
    ** Utilize public information & network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
    ** Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves.
    ** Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing. Responsible for credit control & timely remittances.
    ** Involve in all the stages of sales cycle including interest generation through presentations, conference calls, timely follow ups etc.
    ** Gathering requirements and preparing the requirements specification.
    ** Analyze & review the market requirements and communicating the same to the technical teams for coming up with new Trainings.
    ** Identifying market opportunities, developing new business relationships/ developing relationships with key decision makers and business partners to support overall sales and marketing objectives.
    ** Responsible to put together specific client presentations and communication strategy to identify and develop large global accounts.
    ** Guide and train subordinates.

    ** Team Player with good communication and presentation skills
    ** Should be willing to travel
    ** Aggressive Attitude and willing to chase the Revenue Targets

    Educational Qualification
    MBA, PGDBA

    Relevant Work Experience
    2 – 4 year in Corporate Sales and good book size / contacts. At least 2 references who can vouch for your experience.

    Tools Knowledge
    Relevant IT Tools experience.
