Shreenath Associates Mumbai : Fraud Company?

Hi,
I applied for fish packers position in Seagates Seafoods, Quebec , Canada through Shreenath Associates, Santacruz east, Mumbai they gave me a offer letter of that concern and get Rs.50,000/- in advance for process and now they said its not confirmed and ask to wait so kindly give information about that above shreenath Associates.

As far as I can search in the net, the company does not have any negative review. If this is a scam company, there must at least be one report against the company.

HR consultant companies get paid from clients and not from candidates.
I wont part with Rs 50,000 /- to a company for a job. But thats just me.

It is a great company to deal with. I got selected for Oman. and than When My visa Arrived within given time period. But due to some family issues I refused for my visa. And they gave me my passport back.

i had applied to oman based company in august
didnt pay any money

i was told they have applied for my visa thru the company iam going to work
i have recieved any follow ups and calls from shreenath associates

iam very disappointed as my passport is with them and i dont know what going on

iam sure any country wont take 4 months 2 provide visa

Did you Get any offer from that oman company?
Did you get passport ack While submitting passport ?

IS There Any Body Similar Like Me ,... Or Else Any Body Who Attended Interview , Got The Offer Letter For Waiting For Visa Process For 2 Months ....

I Have Worked In Many Places But Here Its Something Different ,
Waiting For So Long ,

No Hopes That They Will Do Any Favor...

But For Visa Process Why They R Taking So Much Delay God Only Knows...
