We train senior managers of institutions that interact with the media. Our emphasis is on understanding the role of the news media and how to best develop a relationship with them to get a fair and accurate version of events and processes, and NOT to manage press relations.

We believe that those who interact with the media should do so with full knowledge of the special role of journalism, the demands on journalists, the journalistic routines and the sanctity of the journalist-reader relationship.
