Would be involved in Training & Development across measuring training effectiveness, imparting behavioral trainings and organizing class room, external trainings, preparing Training MIS, adhering to the targeted Training Manhours. Preparing training calendar and formulating other required practices as per ISO.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Should have hands on experience on Training & Development, organizing/ Imparting training, measuring training effectiveness, should have well understanding of training SOP's and should be able to formulate the same as per ISO guidelines.
