A child was given adoption under guardians and ward act instead of Hindu maintenance act. Now the child is become major and finding it difficult to get passport since the passport office requires birth certificate registered by corporation. A case was filed in the judicial magistrate court but court also refused to give direction to corporation to register birth certificate with parents name. What is the solution for adopted child to get passport?

I am having land line with BB facility and using Mobile phone, with No.9446405431(I am using this mobile facility for the last 08 Years, with post paid scheme. Till last one or two agencies were informing me that your scheme for Masti pack, Movie Bhavishyawani and Festival Pack is expiring on so and so date and towards its renewal we will charge Rs 20 15 and 10 etc. and automatically they are recovering the amount from my account of BSNL Mobile. I hope this is a BSNL connected activity simply looting and fooling the customers. Kindly direct the concerned agency to stop this business. Failing which we will be forced to stop all BSNL facilities. Last Saturday, on 11th Oct 2014 I have personally requested to stop this unwanted schemes of packages from Kaithamukku Customer Care and your officials has confirmed me that we have already given direction to stop it and the same will be automatically stopped within 4 hrs. But still it is there. Kindly look in to this and stop this immediately,

As per LTC rule, 4(e)and 8 (a), 08 employee of SQAE(A) VARANGAON[ under Govt of India, Min of Def production & supplies] had availed LTC to visit J&K by converting home town LTC. Their home town and headquarter are different places under different Gram Panchayat as well as different taluka. It is neither on the outsides of their work place nor under urban also algomerisation. State transport buses ply daily between the two places.

However, Audit authority requested our office to recover entire amount of hometown LTC converted to visit J&K on the round that NRS of Home town & headquarter is same. Whether, it is in order or not?

Locking road we use to use footpath in the paddy field. During rainy season, we can't even walk. Patients, old person's, disabled ones, pregnant women of our village find many difficulties. It is a matter of survival.
In this worst condition and discomfiture, we pray to your honor to sanction a new road and contract a permanent and usable one as early as possible.

The Ministry of fiance just issued circulars for payment of arrears as latest orders dated 12.05.2017. There is no time limit for release of Revised Basic Pension orders to the concerned Bank authorities. In fact neither Bank nor pensioners are aware who is issuing the orders of Revised Basic Pension. When pensioners contacting Bank concerned could not give proper Answer.

Even today the Pensioners welfare department is not clarified in general, the causes of delay in processing Revised Basic Pension orders, and time limit for Payment of arrears.

Though the finance Ministry declared expenditure of 5,500 Crore is not paid, one or other reasons the CPAO New Delhi might have issued time limit for payment of arrears. Otherwise there will not be payment of arrears for 10 months.

Sub : Chits bussiness – G.O.I instructions - uploading reports through FIU-INDIA Fin-net portal-all our attempts failed-help desk contacted through screen shot and phone - help desk unable to help - necessary assistance to solve the issue-Requested-Reg.

We submit to inform that we are running a Registered Chit Fund under the title Bhagyalakshmi Chits Pvt. Ltd., having our registered office address 221, M.G.Road, 2nd floor, Puducherry.

Recently upon the directions of the Union Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, we have registered ourselves in the FIU-INDIA Finnet Portal and we attempted to upload the reports in the said portal as mandated. However, the reports that where uploaded are being remarked as “INVALID”, though we have followed the procedure prescribed. We took up the issue through mail with the FIU-help desk and clarifications were also sought. The reply received from them, detailed only the procedures we have followed. We were requested to share the screen shots of the problems we were facing and it has also been done. Further, we also contacted the FIU-Help desk over phone.

But, we are constrained to submit that though we are the first chit company to register ourselves with the Finnet portal and further eager to transact as mandated, we are not receiving satisfactory assistance to tide over the problem, because of which we are not able to submit the report to the District Registrar and District Collector.

We are afraid that due to non-submission of the online reports, we would be facing difficulty in seeking permission for further chit proposals, which is our main business. For no fault of us, we are being deprived of our legitimate rights to run a business. Hence, we kindly submit to intervene and resolve the issue by taking up the matter with authorities concerned, since all our requests have failed. Copies of the email transactions are enclosed for kind reference. The screen shots of our failed attempts are also enclosed.

This broker is asking for anywhere between two to three thousand rupees. What poor villagers can do? This is the reason majority of the people think that corruption has not come down.
