Our Client is a 100% export oriented textiles and home furnishing company. We are based at Chennai. We cater to clients in US & Europe market. Our products are table linen, bed linen, floor covering, cushion covers, chair pads etc…

Designation : Senior Designer - (Female Only)
Duration : Fulltime
Work Location : Chennai
Qualification : B.sc/M.sc /BE– (Fashion/Textile Designing)
Industry : Textile Industry
Compensation : upto 4 Lakhs [ Negotiable for Right Candidates ]
Experience : 5-8 Yrs
No of Position : 2

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible for creating new collections/innovative textile designs prints on home furnishings.
• Research and Development on International and Indian Trends to continuously provide innovation in design and developments.
• Should be responsible for handling a team of designers.
• Responsible for Designing prints as per the style season.
• Should be responsible for Production follow-up & Co-ordination.
• Complete understanding of color blending to make color ways for the designs.
• Development of design as per customer.
Desired Candidates Profile :
• Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written.
• Should have relevant experience in home furnishings.
• Female candidate only can be preferred.
• Strong knowledge in print development and printing techniques.
• Should have Good knowledge of a various techniques of designing, printing, embroidery, weaving etc.
• Should be a team player with good understanding of time mgmt and interpersonal skills.
• Should be Pleasing personality, smart & broad minded.
• Should five to eight years experience in designing
• Ability to take initiatives and problem solving skills.
• Candidates from Textile industry would be added advantage.
