Job Description
Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining the quality processes and standards used for the development of state-of-the-art construction processes. Facilitates designing, implementing, and executing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of the technical processes
* Experience in billing under software environment in large scale construction industry environment.
* Inflow projections, Data control, Monitoring billing Certifications, Expert in Reconciliations, Budget Monitoring etc
* Fix up quality targets for all processes
* Manage the equipment in the testing laboratory

Desired Candidate Profile
*Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
Candidate should be a civil engineer with experience in the quantity surveying department of reputed concern. Candidate will be responsible for managing a team of billing engineers and should have experience in handling billing related activities of housing/commercial/township projects. He/She should be well exposed to preparing estimates, budgets, survey reports and auditing material consumption for various projects.
*Certification in Quality and Testing will be an added advantage
*5-8 years experience in quality & technical audit function of which at least 2-3 years should have been in real estate industry
