Dear Sir,
I am Manoj . I am belong the rajendera park ,gurgaon. Here construction a road . The contractor is constructed this road very up level . But our sewerage level is very good level. We have many time told the yogender sarwan (Parsad) and contractor also. But he has not take any action . If there is road is high so we have many problem face because many houses level is low. And here Ho. no. C-14 & C-16 Murari lal and Jai Parkash is not destroy his chabutaray (Plate form) on who is on road. and C-14 to C-17 is authorised covered the road he was already covered the road and made the pillar and toilets also. Ho. No. C-16 is unauthorised covered the road and Boring on road also. When we have told him they were not give any response.

So we are requested to you plz take action on road level and destroy chabutary of this houses and boring on road immediately.

Subject :- Complaint for Road Construction in high level and Destroy the Chabutra and Boring etc.

Dear Sir,
I am manoj kumar residence of Rajendera Park, RPS School Gali, Gurgaon. In My Gali construction a road by Shiv Probild Pvt. Ltd. (Contractor) Tender no. EE-VI-MCG-2012-7239 and code no. 165,168 & 170. Here contractor is constructed this road very high level our houses is very low from this level . So We face many problem for this. Our old road was construceted on ok level and also sewerage level is ok but some persones and contractor want contstructed this road on top level . Even Honourable Punjab & Haryana high Court and Honourable Supreme Court of India was already decided some cases and guide line that road will be constructed on old road level only. And here Ho. No. C-14 (Murari) to C-17 (Sukhbir) is unauthorized the road covered by his (Chabutra) plate forms and constructed building also. Ho. No. C-16 Jai parkash is unauthorized boring on road.We have many time told these house holders and Contractors , Counsler (Paarsad) Yoginder Sarwan also.But we have not received any response. I have many complaint to mcg website also ,RP Dahiya,Dharampal Malik also. You can also visit here and see this matter on urgentely. So I am requesting to you plz constructed this road on old road level or sewerage level only and destroy his chabutra and boring also.
