The Delhi(Right of Citizen to Time Bound Delievery of Services)Act,2011(Delhi Act 07 of 2011) was notified on 28th April, 2011.The Process of Framing Rules under this Act in under Process. Also the notification for appointment of Competent Officer under Section 9 and Appellant Authority under Section 11(2) is in process.So no fine has been inposed under this Act so far in this District.However Sub-Division wise pendency of the Certificate as on 20.07.2011 is given below.
