    The Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) in the Cabinet Secretariat of Government of India Helps to obtain responses to unresolved grievances on matters relating to som Central Government Departments and Organisations. DPG can Help you to obtain a respone and resolution on these grievances from the department or organisation.

    How to approach DPG
    ** Please give details of your grievance with copies of supporting document.
    ** Your earlier attempts to have the grievance resolved through the grievance redressal mechanism of the department should be furnished.
    ** Indicate whether you have filed any appeal against any previous decision of the organisation or department, before any court, tribunal or consumer forum.State your identity and postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.

    grievances not solved

    Question: If central Govt deptartment/organisation/service provider had not solved grievances after a lot of complaints what action has to be taken against him?

    Implementation of 50% pension to 1/3 restored Pensioners

    We are a few unlucky fellows who are left in the first phase and get justice late or after legal route. Will you look into our restored pensions before the 7th CPC comes to us?

    Wrong information provided by NHAI and IRB authority to DPG

    I am complaining about unauthorized cuts on highway from long time but every time IRB and NHAI authority officer providing wrong information to PMO (or) DPG and they can easily close our complaint and punishing people like me. So it's very difficult to complaint against these unauthorized curbs on highway, please provide me correct way like whom to complaints. They are not interested in closing these unauthorized cuts.

    मान्यवर, मैरी शिकायत संख्या DPG/P/2018/81514 को बंद करने का क्या कारण है मैंने तो सरकारी खजाना लूटने का पर्दाफाश किया है मेरी शिकायत का अवलोकन करें तथा भ्रष्टाचारी कर्मचारियों को सजा मिलनी चाहिए।

    महोदय नवेदन है कि हाथरस डाइट ने 72825 फीस का फोरम लेट होने के कारण वापस कर दिया है मेने कर्ज लेकर अपनी फीस जमा की थी मैं तीन चार दिन से पोस्ट आफिस के चक्कर काट रहा था तब 30/11/2018 को आवेदन कर पाया अतः आप से विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरा फॉर्म डाइट हाथरस को स्वीकार करने की आज्ञा दें आवेदक कृष्णमुरारी 128 न्यू राधे श्याम कॉलोनी जय सिंह पूरा मथुरा उत्तर प्रदेश पिन 281003
