    Software Development Unit under SEZ ??

    I have my office premises measuring about 4000 Sq.Feet in Satellite Area in Ahmedabad . I am in IT ( software development) business and my clients are all overseas. I sell them developed software programs and bill them in US $.

    I want this unit to be converted in to a SEZ . Can I have my promises notified as SEZ ? If yes what are the formalities I am to comply with ?
