Job Description
- Promote & handle Recruitment /Staffing Services in the region
- Client Interaction & telephone-based marketing for client acquisition
- Key Account Management by handling 'End-to-End' recruitment
- Understand the requirements of the position based on client assignment briefings.
- Sourcing via various recruitment sources like head hunt, network etc and conduct initial screening of resumes to check for candidate-position match based on work experience, qualifications etc.
- Conduct telephonic interviews (telephonic/ personal) to assess candidates for job match
- Conduct background check of candidates short-listed.
- Ensure resumes of the short listed candidates are presented to clients in structured formats.
- Liaise with candidates and clients to arrange interviews for the clients.
- Ensure closure of positions within target hire date through rigorous follow-ups and coordination with the client.
- Add new clients & handle client accounts for end-to-end recruitment
- Be ready to work on Revenue Targets & shall be ready to spend min 5 hours per day

Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior exp in RECRUITMENT/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
- Should be ready to spend 5 Hours Per day
- Excellent Com & Computer/Internet Skills are should have net enabled comp. At home
- Must have Long-term plan to work from home without doing any other full-time assignment
- Earlier Mktg, Recruitment Exp shall be a value adds.
- Age: 27 yrs to 40 yrs
