    Pre-Joining / Joining Formalities : : Pre-Joining Coordination with the candidates, Preparation of Offer Letter, Verification of all documents / certificates as per the checklist, Issuing Appointment Letter after all joining formalities are completed. Organizing work facilities for new joiners.

    Induction : Formulating structured policy for Induction of new employees, Involved in Planning, Organizing and Implementing Induction Programme for Employee orientation

    Training & Development : Identifying training needs using training indentification tools and develop the Training Calendar. Facilitating in-house training /internal trainings and coordinating for external training programmes. Training Evaluation and reschedule training in case of deviations from training calendar. Training documentation as per ISO.

    For Workers : “Aag se suraksha”, “Swacchta” (Fire Safety , Cleanliness)

    Performance Appraisals / Promotion :. Conducting annual Performance Appraisal and Promotion Procedure as per the company policy. Ensure timely appraisal for trainees & probationary employees as per policy.

    Employee Management : Handling Employee Grievances and Implementing Corrective measures. Having one to one sessions as & when required.

    Event Management : Coordinate & Organize quarterly meetings and celebration of various festivals for Staff, Organizing Labour Day Function for Workers. Coordinate for various Entertainment Programmes like Annual Get together, Movie, Cricket match etc
