Career Guidance Centre at Govt. Victoria College, Palakkad was started in 1998 – 99 with the intention of giving right guidance to youngsters to have a proper perspective of their career. Since no space has been kept aside for the Centre, at present it works in a section of the College General Library.This Centre provides information on various professional courses like Engineering, Medicine, Paramedical Courses, Education, Management, Law and Agriculture. Various institutes offering the courses are being consulted for timely information. Prospectuses from various universities are made available for the students seeking admission to professional courses. Nearly seventeen institutes have been consulted for the latest information about professional courses run by them.
