In continuation to this Office Notification referred above, the candidates who are provisionally declared to have passed the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Year of the Diploma Examination in Engineering/Technology/ Commercial Practice (Revision 03) held in November 2011 is published here under.

(The results are provisional and subject to further scrutiny) Application for Scrutiny/Revaluation of answer scripts should be submitted to the Principal of the Polytechnic college concerned so as to reach this Office on or before 04/01/2012. Application will not be accepted directly from the
students in this office. Fee for Scrutiny is Rs. 90/- per paper & for Revaluation Rs. 240/- per paper. Fee shall be remitted at the Polytechnic College Office. (The Principals are directed to follow the G.O.(Ms) No. 205/09/H. Edn. dated 18/11/09 for this purpose). Mark List downloaded from the website can be used for applying Scrutiny/Revaluation. The Principals can collect the fee for Revaluation/Scrutiny from the students and forward the applications by online to office of JCTE Kaimanam, Thiruvananthapuram through the ‘Institution Login’ on or before 04/01/2012. Applications forwarded through online only be accepted. Belated applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. Non-receipt of mark lists, correction of mark list etc., shall be intimated to the undersigned with relevant details. Head of institutions are requested to take appropriate action in this matter.
