The following categories are eligible for Government Scholarship:
Schedule cast/ Schedule tribes/backward classes, disabled, dependants of the persons of the employed in BIDI Industry, general class students below Poverty line.

The students having special qualification and other such person who have been ordered by the State or Central Govenrment.
If there is any objection in connection with the above, the same shall be decided at the earliest.
The student should submit Income certificate of their guardian along with of their own from Tuition or from any other work. Full Particulars of Bank/ Post Office A/c will have to be given. In case of defect, in any cerificate, the scholarship amount will not be paid.

The college is centrally located in Civil Lines, Kanpur The building in which it is housed is a modern building. The college is 3 Km. From Central Railway Station, Kanpur and 4 Km. From Jhakarkati Bus Station. The proximity of the District Court with the College with the college which is 0.5 Km. from the college is an additional advantage .
