PIF Fellowship extends an opportunity to the talented youngsters to strengthen their professional skills and abilities including IT skills, leadership abilities, presentation and public speaking skills, writing skills, issue identification skills, consensus building skills, and life management skills.

Further, while working with PIF’s employees, partner organizations and worldwide network of well wishers and volunteers, the fellows get a chance to improve operational insights, explore career opportunities and develop connections in the field of interest. Timelines for various fellowships vary, usually three months, six months, one year and two years.

Focus of the program
** Provide an opportunity to youngsters to.
** Acquire skills, knowledge and practical work experience that prepare them to jumpstart or advance careers in the fields of their study or interest or specialty.
** Generate a sense of responsibility and commitment towards the issues of socio-economical importance.
** Assist economically disadvantaged youths in pursuing higher education and careers in commercial sectors.
** Benefit the organization with new ideas, fresh energy, research, technology knowhow and subject-matter expertise.
** Increase organizational outreach to partners, NGOs, universities, corporations and public charities.

What we do....
** Award fellowships to talented youngsters who are passionate about PIF mission and possess qualifications to contribute in PIF activities.
** Engage fellowship recipients in one of PIF’s various projects, programs and operation areas.
