Eligibility
INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTITUTIONS OFFERING FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME
** Candidates who have passed Medical Post Graduate Clinical Courses and Super - Speciality degree courses are only eligible to join in Fellowship Programmes.
** The candidate has to produce the following certificates for the issue of Eligibility Certificate to join in Fellowship Programme.

1 Provisional/Degree Certificate: The candidate has to produce the Provisional Certificate or Degree Certificate in original with one set of xerox copy from any one of the recognised University.
2 Migration Certificate: Migration Certificate has to be obtained from the Head of Institution in which the candidate has last studied. No Objection Certificate issued by the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi, is equivalent to Migration Certificate.
** The candidate has to obtain and produce the Permanent Registration Certificate from any one of the State Medical Councils in India for both MBBS and Post Graduate degree courses.
** Candidate who have passed their Post Graduate qualification in Foreign Countries should obtain Temporary Registration Certificate from Medical Council of India, New Delhi.
** The fee for the issue of Eligibility Certificate to join in Fellowship Programme is Rs.1600/- only.
** The candidate should remit fee for issue of Eligibility Certificate through online RTGS/NEFT, A/c.666, INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK OR THROUGH PRESCRIBED CHALLAN IN INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, TAMIL NADU DR.MGR MEDICAL UNIVERSITY BRANCH, CHENNAI – 32.
