Qualifications : B.E/Diploma (Civil). Incumbent must have at least 5-10 years experience in an Infrastructure Construction Company. Should be able to efficiently handle routine project management operations of tunneling, irrigation and infrastructure projects, liaison with client, be well versed with Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Billing and Basic Project Planning. Should be computer literate in MS Excel, MS Word and preferably in Autocad.

Sr. Managers/ Assistant Managers (Business Development/Contracts) || Location HO || Position Code : SMBD 01/AMBD 01
Qualifications : BE/Diploma (Civil)/ (Mech)/(Mining). Additional Bachelor’s/ Master’s Qualifications in any other field would be an added advantage.
Incumbent must have at least 7-15 years experience in an Infrastructure Contracting Company, in addition to at least 3 years experience in marketing, contracts or business development. Shall have a pleasant persona; with excellent communication skills; ability to liaison with senior professionals in the industry; well versed with estimation and tendering; Computer literate. Shall understand Project Operations, with ability to locate and leverage market opportunities.

Sr Manager (Accounts and Finance)|| Location HO || Position Code : SMAF 01
Qualifications : B.Com. Additional/ Master’s Qualifications in any other field (M.Com/ CA/ MBA / LLM etc) would be an added advantage.
The incumbent shall be have at least 15-20 years experience with companies from a contracting background. Should be able to carry out short and long term financial planning; prepare reports; independently liaison with banks & financial institutions; besides supervising routine detailed book-keeping and accounting operations, audit, and balance sheet finalization, etc. Should be well versed with IT regulations; familiar with VAT, other indirect taxes. Good correspondence skills, knowledge of MS Excel, Tally 9.0 required.

Qualifications : B.Com. Additional/ Master’s Qualifications in any other field (M.Com/ CA) not mandatory, but would be an added advantage.
