Chhavi Jain prestige scholarship fund in prestige institute of engineering & Science, IndoreThe vice chairman informed the board of trustees that late Mr. Chhavi Kumar Jain was an electronics engineer with laurels and therefore scholarships to students seeking admission in prestige institute of engineering & science Indore in electrical & electronic engineering (EEE stream), from the academic year 2011-12 may be considered.

After consideration, it was:
RESOLVED that Chhavi Jain prestige scholarship be given to deserving students seeking admission in Prestige Institute of engineering & science, Indore in B.E. (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) course, on the basis of fulfillment of the eligibility criterion and recommendations of the governing body.

Eligibility 1: students seeking admission in the first year of the following courses in the institute having obtained the following marks in the qualifying examination (12/ graduation) shall be given scholarships.

Eligibility 2: students especially hailing from rural background and economically weaker sections seeking admission in the institute

81-90% Marks : Rs.12500.00
above 91% Marks : Rs.15000.00
