Job Description
1.Finalizing of Accounts upto balance sheet level.

2.Payment Recoveries from Clients as well as vendors (Airlines, hotels,
GSA, etc.)

3.Payment of various Airlines,GSA & BSP as well as hotel vendors.

4.Reconciliation of Airlines/clients & bank accounts plus all commission receivables and payables.

5.Monitoring of incentives /PLB statements of various airlines & BSP.

6. Manage a small team of (3-4) junior accounts assistants.

7. Primary Customer Service contact for all client issues.

8. Primary liaison with in-house agents and other departments.

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Min 6 yrs Exp in Travel Acconting.

2.Good Knowledge of BSP.

3.Good Computer Skills - must have worked on automated accounting systems.

4.Must be steady and interested to stay in the job long term.

5.Specialist knowledge and detailed understanding of Income Tax and Central / State regulations Like Service Tax & TDS.

6.Desirable Sound job knowledge with good presentation skills.

7.Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.

8.Good client interfacing skills, Pleasing Personality, Energetic and self driven individual.
