Job Purpose : To provide operational and technical support to the India Resident Mission (INRM) handling loan/grant/technical assistance (TA) and processing and administration of TA's and loans.

Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in related discipline and exposure in project management.

Relevant Experience And Other Requirements :
Work experience
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Related experience in international agencies will be preferred

Technical knowledge
- Experience & knowledge of various stages of the project cycle (project planning / feasibility analysis / detailed design / project implementation / construction supervision / contract management) is desirable
- Sound knowledge of government administrative systems and procedures
- Understanding and knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with accepted best practices of procurement and disbursement processes
- Proficiency in computers, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and information technologies required.
- Effective report-writing and communication skills in English

People and leadership skills
- Able to liaise and work effectively with government officials within own work location
- Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Working Together
Maintains collaborative relationships within the Department
Works effectively with diverse colleagues in own and other Divisions and Departments
