Essential Qualification :
1 Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology in respective discipline from a University/Institute recognized by AICTE with minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying examination (50% for SC/ST Candidates).
2 Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade is awarded, the candidate shall indicate the equivalent percentage of marks.
3 Candidates awaiting results of qualifying examination may also apply. However, they should produce the marklist at the time of interview/Group Discussion or in March 2012 whichever is later, failing which their candidature will not be considered, even if they clear the written test.
4 Reservation eligibility of candidates shall be as per applicable rules in vogue and based on documents evidencing the same.

Maximum Age limit : 26 years as on 01.12.2011.

Application fee : Rs.800/- . SC/ST and PWD candidates are exempted from paying application fee. Internal candidates (permanent employees of FACT) are also exempted from payment of application fee.

Training : Those candidates selected will be offered appointment as Management Trainees on Training for a period of 2 years.

Stipend : Selected Management Trainees will be paid a consolidated pay of ` 23,000/- per month during first year and ` 28,000/- per month during second year of training

AIR-WASHER CUM COOLING TOWER
DESCRIPTION : The Water Cooling Tower is being designed to give one an appreciation of the construction,
Design and Operational characteristics of a modern evaporative cooling system. The unit is also an excellent example of an 'open system' through which two streams of fluid flow (water and air) and in which there is a mass transfer from one stream to the other.
Convincing energy and mass balances are obtained and one can quickly investigate the effects of air flow rate, water flow rate, water temperature and cooling loads on the performance of a cooling tower.
With this unit, the performance of the cooling system will be Studied, as well as balances
of matter and energy, and the effects of :
- Volume of air flowing.
- Volume of water flowing.
- Water temperature.
- Cooling load.
It can also be used as an air washer in which all the psychrometric processes can be
performed.
KEY NOTE :
