PROVISIONAL RESULT NOTIFICATION FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

On the basis of Second Stage Written Examination and Aptitude Test held from 19.07.2011 to 20.07.2011 for the post of Assistant Station Master (Cat. No.38 & 39) of EN. No. 1/2008, candidates bearing the following Roll Nos., in ascending order (read Horizontally) are provisionally qualified and called for candidature and Document Verification. They are required to report at the office of Railway Recruitment Board, Malda at 10.00 hrs. on the dates mentioned against Roll Numbers as detailed below. They should bring two passport size photographs (as pasted on the Application Form) along with original documents and their copies, in two sets, attested by gazetted officer in support of their possessing specified Educational Qualification, Proof of Age and Caste certificate (in prescribed format) etc. In case of OBC candidates the caste certificate should be current and should have a clause of Non- Creamy layer.

Note :
1.0 Candidates have also been called for document verification against vacancies, excess up-to 30% over and above the notified vacancies. The purpose of calling excess candidates, over and above the notified vacancies, is primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel and that merely calling a candidate for document verification does not in any way, entitle him or her to seek an appointment in the Railways.
2.0 Call letters to the candidates have been dispatched individually through Post, confirming date, time and venue for verification. The candidates not receiving the call letter may take note of this and report at the office of RRB- Malda on the date specified. Candidates failing to attend the verification on the notified date (s) are liable to loose their candidature. Request, whatsoever for the change of Date of Verification shall not be entertained by the RRB.
3.0 RRB/Malda regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from un-successful candidates.
4.0 If it is found later at any stage of the recruitment that the candidates does not fulfill all/any of the conditions of eligibility his/her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
5.0 Publication of the result does not confer any right for selection/appointment as the same is subject to verification of original certificates/documents and their candidature.
6.0 The candidates recommended for appointment will have to pass requisite medical fitness test (s) conducted by Railway Administration.
7.0 RRB/Malda reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical mistake at any stage.
