International Case Masters: The Case Writing Contest:
Eligibility :
** The event invites entries from students and faculty members across the world to gauge the current trends of administration, governance and management. Faculty members and doctoral/graduate business students are eligible to apply for the competition. A team of students may have a faculty member as a guide
** A case can have one or multiple authors. In case the team wants to designate the writer as either main/sub author or primary/secondary author, the same should be clearly stated in the 'Author's Profile' to be submitted in the first stage
** An individual can submit only one case

Categories :
** Emerging Economies and new growth opportunities: Emerging economies have shown unprecedented growth in recent years and now promise to be the center stage for the world economic activity. Entries should explore the strategic choices available to managers with respect to these growth opportunities and subsequent risks involved.
** Changing marketing paradigms: The advent of social networks, rapidly changing customer tastes, emergence of new techniques like neuromarketing, proliferation of brands have all made the job of a modern day marketer both more challenging and interesting. The cases in this category should capture how marketers have adapted to these changes either successfully or unsuccessfully.
** Evolving Financial landscape: The financial world has seen many ups and downs in the recent times. The financial crisis and its aftereffects has lead to a sea change in capital raising practices, capital structuring, listing practices to name a few. Cases should specify how both financial and non financial institutions have managed the change and the tradeoffs involved.
** New Ventures: Mission and vision of a modern day entrepreneur is not restricted to the traditional industries. We have seen a positive shift towards social entrepreneurship, green initiatives and innovation in product/service design.
** Open track: Cases which do not fall in the above mentioned categories will be considered in this category. Suggested categories include but are not restricted to public policy, organizational structures, operations management etc.
