Age : Age limit for general candidates will be 18 to 27 Years.

Minimum essential qualification:
(a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University/Board.
(b) (i) Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University/Board or equivalent. or
(ii) Passed intermediated Examination in Building and Quality Surveying (Su- Division-II) of the Institute of Surveyors (India)

Date for written examination : Tentatively written examination will be conducted in the last week of Mar 2012. However, final date, time, venue will be intimated in the Call letter and same also will be available on MES Website at mes.gov.in.

Syllabus and Pattern of Examination : The syllabus for written examination will be of the minimum education standard prescribed for the post.
