RoboTryst' 2012 A Milestone in Robotics Education in india. It is an Initiative by E-cell Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur & Robosapiens India. It is a Workshop series cum Robotics Championship . This Year RoboTryst' 2012 will held at different Zonal Centers in all over India. This is a 2 Stage Event as described below :

Stage 1 (WORKSHOP ROUND)
A Robotics workshop will be held at different Zonal centers in all over India. The details of the Zonal centers and Workshop contents is available on this website.
All the participants who wants to participate in RoboTryst-2012 are required to attend the workshops at any Zonal Center.
The workshop fee is included in the Registration Charges.
During the workshop 'Robot Kits' will be provided by Sponsors of this event to a Group of 4-5 Participant at free of Cost.
The Duration of the Robotics Workshop will be of 2 Days.
The Workshop will be delivered by ROBOSAPIENS INDIA.

Stage 2 (ZONAL COMPETITION ROUND)
Just after the workshop a Mega Competition Zonal final of RoboTryst-2012 will be held.
Winners will be awarded by Certificate of Merit and will be offered free Internship in Robosapiens India in association with E-Cell IIT-Kharagpur.

Stage 3 Final ROUND at IIT-Kharagpur
All the zonal winners will be called at IIT-kharagpur in the month of Jan-2012 to participate in the final rounds.
Top 3 Teams will be awarded as winners of the championships & will also be awarded the respective prizes.

Eligibility :
Participants having a valid ID card of their respective educational institutions are eligible for the RoboTryst 2012.
2. Team Specifications :Â A team may consist of a maximum of 5 members. A minimum of 4 members per team is recommended. Participants from different colleges may form a team.
3. Pre Requisites :Â There are no pre requisites for it. During the Workshop round the basic concepts will be taught along with topics of the workshop.
4. Registration Fee :Â The Registration Charges are Rs 1550/- Per Participant i.e (Rs 6200/- for a team of 4 member and Rs 7550/- for a team of 5 members). This includes the cost workshop+Robo kit+Certification by RoboTryst-2012 Ecell IIT-Kharagpur & Robosapiens India.

Registration Procedure :
Step 1 :Â Get yourself register on our website by choosing the desired Zonal Center. A Unique Registration ID will be provided to all the registered Participants along with a UserID/Password of your profile created at RoboTryst 2012 website automatically.
Step2 : Please Deposit Registration fee to the event coordinator of your zonal center and obtain a payment slip.
Step3 : Report on RoboTryst 2012Â Zonal Center at the specified time.
