Job Description
Would be based out of my outsourced calling agency/agencies
Responsible for ensuring daily calling targets are met - Set targets for the team for maximum productivity and zero pending
Responsible for ensuring/tracking quality for the outcallers
Responsible for persistency, effectiveness of the outcalling process
Coordination with IT/Ops at KLIFE for accuracy of data, IT issues
Ensure proper resource utilization at the vendor end
Time to time training for the outcallers on new products/schemes/ processes
Daily reporting/analysis.
Preferably from the insurance background or
Minimum 3-4 years of similar experience handling a minimum team size of 20 people.
Assertive/ Proper team handling skills
Fluent in English/good communication skills
Good analytical skills.
