Description
- The Product Marketing System (PMS) is the database used by all retail mutual fund applications like CRM, data integrity maintenance System, Siebel Analytics, Reporting system and Mobile sales force application.
- PMS database follows a 3-tiered hierarchical structure – Dealer, Branch, Agent (AG). A Dealer has many branches, spread all over the Country. A branch has many Agents or Sales representatives working within it.
