Manage Staffing & Breaks of the Agents.
Prepare Roster of the Teams.
Prepare Weekly & Monthly Presentations.
Prepare Reports.
Maintain Logs of the Team.
Maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS.
Maintain the Trackers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : 6 months to 4 yrs in Bpo industry in WFM department.
Skills :
Graduates / undergarduates.
Good Communication skills.
Good in MS office , specifically in Excel.
Should be ready to work in rotating shifts.

- Preparing daily activity Sheet for Managers and Floorwalkers.
- Preparing MIS report for the Centre which goes to the client on hourly basis.
