Job Description
Accountabilities:
Field inbound customer calls.
Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to GE Money standards.
Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution.
Review and distribute pertinent cross-functional information.
Liaise between customer and GE Money.

Responsible for providing telephone support for customers on consumer finance. Assist phone customers by diagnosing problems, and providing resolutions & services.

Should be willing to work in night shifts.

Min. qualification - 10+2
(BTech/BE freshers need not apply)
