Minimum Qualifications :
For Post Nos. 01, 02 & 03 - Full time Degree course in the respective discipline of Engineering from a recognized University / Institute with first Division ( 60% marks)or CGPA equivalent . For SC/ST candidates it is 55% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience :
Post No. – 01 - Minimum 09 years post qualification experience in the relevant field including in Machine Tools preferably in CNC Machine Tools viz Lathe, VTB, Horizontal Borer, Radial Drill, Wheel Lathe, Deep Hole Boring etc
Post No. – 02 & 03 – Minimum 05 years post qualification experience for Asstt. Manager post and 03 years for Junior Manager post in the relevant field including in Machine Tools preferably in CNC Machine Tools viz Lathe, VTB, Horizontal Borer, Radial Drill, Wheel Lathe, Deep Hole Boring etc.

3. Conducting drive test of Electronic Control Unit of the Gear Box through various Test Gadgets (PR – 61,PR87,Test man pro & PR - 22).
4. Assembly/defect diagnosis and rectification of Manual Gearboxes like Ecosplit, Transmatic,wsk400,wsk370etc.
5. Preparing list of parts that is to be replaced/broken down during the overhauling of engine & Gearboxes and maintaining Inventory for the parts.
6. Maintaining stores inventory.
7. Top overhauling of WG -92,3WG 130,4WG94 ,4WG130,4WG150,4WG160,4WG180,6WG180,6WG200.6WG210and6WG311GearBoxes,
8. Repairing of Ecomat plus 2 Transmission .
9. Attended training on ZF Ecomat transmission by ZF instructor.
10. Top overhauling of ecomid gearboxes 9S75,9S109,9S1110,6S1000Aetc.
11. All type of ZF make axle.
12. Top overhauling of Ecomat plus2/4.
13. using of testman pro on veh/equipment.
14 .Preparation of warranty document/warranty spares parts.
15 Well knowledge on low voltage and high voltage electricity.
16 Hand experience on all type of air compressor and pneumatic tools.
