National Aerospace Laboratories (N.A.L.) is a premier research laboratory under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). In addition to many Research, Development and Technology Programmes in Aerospace, NAL is actively involved in supporting the National Aerospace Programmes of ADA, DRDO, ISRO, HAL and IAF. Further, NAL has a strong programme in Civil Aviation including the nationally important project of design and development of a multirole Light Transport Aircraft (SARAS). NAL is also exploiting several aerospace technologies into spin-off industrial applications. It has excellent facilities in all the aerospace disciplines.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (27 Posts) :
Age limit : 28 years.
Educational Qualification : 10 + 2 with Science subjects followed by First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Technology of 3 years full time duration (2 / 2.5 years full time duration in cases of lateral admission after 10+2 if applicable) or its equivalent.

TECHNICAL OFFICER (1 Post) :
Age limit : 30 years.
Educational Qualification : BE / B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or its equivalent with 55% marks.

SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER – I (3 Posts) :
Age limit : 35 years.
Educational Qualification & Experience : BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with 55% marks and minimum 2 years of working experience in Aircraft Design House / Aircraft Industry.

LADY MEDICAL OFFICER (1 Post) :
Age limit : 35 years.
Educational Qualification : M.B.B.S. with minimum 55% marks from a University recognised by the Medical Council of India and registration with the Medical Council of India.

SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER – II (1 Post) :
Age limit : 40 years.
Educational Qualification & Experience : BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with 55% marks and minimum 5 years of working experience in handling advanced NDE techniques in aerospace related R&D activities.

An Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) is payable separately for each post (Candidates belonging to SC / ST / Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee) in the form of Demand Draft valid for a period of atleast 5 months from the last date for receipt of applications.

Applications from the candidates working in CSIR / Government Department / Public Sector Undertakings will be considered only if forwarded through proper channel within 15 days from the closing date prescribed for receipt of Online Electronic Applications and with a clear certificate that the applicant will be relieved within one month of receipt of appointment order, if selected.
