Job Description
- Resolve client's application questions and problems over the telephone, via e-mail, and using the Internet chat in the areas of system configuration/setup, product functionality, bugs, and enhancements.
- Participate in online, company-sponsored Discussion Groups.
- Serve as primary support liaison between company and the clients.
- Keep user informed of how and when problems are resolved.
- Provide any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting.
- Refer user to other appropriate support and quality assurance areas within BOSS.
- Responsible to convey client's feedback to the Software Development Department about new products features and enhancement for existing products and engineering applications.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Civil Engineering degree from a reputed institute or environmental engineering or relevant work experience in hydraulics and hydrology preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, interpersonal and communications skills are required
- Proficient PC skills used, as required, for testing, troubleshooting, call logging, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to express thoughts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Ability to work efficiently both as a member of a team and independently.
- Ability to self-start and motivate others through leading by example.
- Desire to work in Noida.
