The complete application form duly filled should reach at the Office of
Cantonment Board,
Garhi Cantt,
Dehradun Cantt-248003
by registered/speed post/by hand within 21 days from date of advertisement and two weeks extra would be given to the candidates staying in remote locations.

Applicant must attach two latest passport size Photograph indicating his /her name on the back side alongwith two self addressed envelops, and one self address post card.
The envelope should be super scribed with the post applied for.
The candidate must be citizen of India.
Attested true copies of proof of age/date of birth, academic professional qualification and experience etc relating to the post advertised be attached with the applications and no documents found un-attested will be entertained
Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected.
TA/DA will not be admissible for attending test/interview as the case may be.
Candidates should note that the Cantonment Board will in no case be responsible for non-receipt of their applications or any delay in its receipt or any account whatsoever.
General & OBC candidates shall be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs. 200 Jr. Engineer(civil), Sanitary Inspector, Jr.Assistant, Asstt.Teacher & (LT. Grade), Asstt.Teacher (Primary) non-refundable in favour of CEO, Cantonment Board, Dehradun Cantt drawn in State Bank of India, Dehradun Cantt. No other form of payment shall be accepted.
The number of vacancies mentioned against each post is subject to increase or decrease.
