1. Senior Secondary passed from a recognised School/Institute.
2. Official holding analogous post in Central/State Govt. or any PSU/Corporation/Autonomous Body under Central/State Govt. on regular basis Or With 2 years regular service in Rs. 4000-6000/-(pre-revised) scale OR With 5 years regular service in Rs. 3050-4590/-(pre-revised) scale.
